Mr. Aggarwal has handled a variety of commercial and corporate disputes and has advised corporate clients on venture capital funding, multi-level joint venture agreements, loan agreements, SWAP agreements, and corporate guarantees and has also advised on PPP projects for the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Mr. Aggarwal joined the corporate division of the Suri & Company Law Firm in 2002. and appointed Equity Partner in 2005.
